Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer a flat $25 shipping fee on all orders to Puerto Rico and the United States. 

PICKUP

All order, if the pick-up option is selected at checkout, are available for free pick up in our store. The customer will receive an email letting them know the order is ready for pick up. Rayinie Shoes will give a 3 call reminder after that if the order is not picked up within 30 days automatically the order will be marked as abandoned with no option for refund or return.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rayinieshoes@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day return policy for orders shipped by mail and a 5-day return policy for orders using local delivery or store pickup. For shipped orders a 10% restock fee will be charged for returned items and the shipping cost of the item will not be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Clothing, apparel, accessories and jewelry are not eligible for money refund, only in store credit. Items on sale (discount) are not eligible for store credit or refund, all sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rayinieshoes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
