Do you offer shipping by mail?
Yes, we offer shipping by mail.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery. To have your order delivered directly to you, please give us a call at 787-710-5677 to coordinate the pickup location, date and time that suits you best. Don't forget to bring along your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Do you offer store pickup?
At the moment, we do not offer in-store pickup.
What are your costs for shipping, local delivery, and/or store pickup?
We offer a flat $20 shipping fee on all orders to Puerto Rico and the United States. Local delivery is free.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received through mail will take approximately 7 to 14 days, while local delivery and store pickup orders may be received sooner.
What shipping service do you use?
We use USPS for our shipping.
To which countries and/or towns do you send your products?
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. International shipping is also in our plans.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively exploring the possibility of implementing international shipping in the future to better serve our customers worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees depending on the destination.
